Take the smaller one. These are cut roomier than a sneaker in the same number, so the smaller size usually lands closest to a normal fit.

Yes. Each pair is a single piece of EVA foam, and the ventilation ports across the top let water drain straight back out.

No. There is no stitching and there are no seams anywhere on the shoe, so there is nothing to rub. Wear them out of the box.
